Destiny and Karma

Some part of our life is destiny but how we respond to it is a karmic choice we can exercise. This is the freewill part of our lives.

For example - getting married to someone who turns out to be an abusive spouse can be destiny but not ever trying to get out of such a marriage is a karmic choice.
