Positive-Negative Energy

Every planet and house in a horoscope has good as well as bad energy. It's up to us to choose one of them when a house/planet is activated.

For example, the Fifth house is education/creativity and emotional overdrive at the same time. The more we concentrate on the former, the less focus the latter gets.

Similarly, Ketu is detachment/spiritual awakening but material disappointment simultaneously. During the dasha of Ketu, it may be more pragmatic to focus on the former than the latter.

Mars is unleashed energy which can be utilised for the fulfillment of a lifelong dream or just wasted away in aggressive outbursts.

While destiny decides which house and planet is activated at different points of time in our lives, it's up to us to decide which energy of that house and planet we are going to activate through our karmas.
