At some point in our lives, all of us have poured our hearts out in front of a parent, friend, partner or even a child. We didn't need advice but someone who could just listen.
When just talking out our minds helped sort out those knots of confusion. When just talking helped us identify our emotions. When just talking helped us clear the mental/emotional mess and have a better vision. When just talking helped us identify what we want to do next.
That was therapy🙂
